Thanksgiving Brunch - Banff Park Lodge

Join us for Thanksgiving Brunch on Sunday, October 10, 2010.

Served in our Chinook Restaurant, starting at 10 till 2 pm

Our delicious Brunch will includes:

Salads
garnished baby greens with choice of four dressings, asparagus, tomato & roasted artichoke salad,
carrot and ginger salad, Greek salad with goat feta, Caesar salad


Cold Food
Smoked salmon with capers, peel and eat shrimp, salmon darns, assorted cold cut platter,
Apricot stuffed pork loin, Southwestern breaded chicken with salsa, devilled eggs,
Beef carpaccio, rollmops and smoked seafood, fish escabeshe, seafood salad, pâté, fruit jell-o, fruit tray,
cheese tray, vegetable tray with two dips, snow crab legs

Hot Food
Carved Rib-eye of Alberta Beef au jus, carved ham with mustard sauce, roasted turkey with port wine gravy,
brussels sprouts, glazed baby carrots,
sage and chestnut dressing, butter whipped potatoes, seafood paella,
roast pork with wild mushroom sauce, eggs benedict, steamed rice, fresh vegetables

Desserts
Assorted mouses, truffle, french pastries, cakes, pumpkin pie and more
and our spectacular chocolate fountain with fresh fruit & biscotti

Brunch prices are:

$31.00 adults, $26.00 seniors, $21.00 children (6-12 years),
5 and under FREE

(5% GST and gratuities are not included)
